Please support our latest fundraiser! We are recycling all old and unwanted clothing, shoes, handbags, belts, hats, curtains, towels and bedding in exchange for cash for the Group. We will be handing out recycling bags in the New Year at all the Section meetings and would be grateful if you would take some time to clear out your drawers and wardrobes of all unwanted items. We will be accepting the filled bags week commencing 23rd January for collection by the recycling company on Friday 27th January. Please take this great opportunity to have that clear out you have been meaning to do for ages!

We held a fantastic family camp at Polyapes Campsite on 11/12th June which was attended by 96 mums, dads, children and leaders. The weather wasn't kind all of the time but everyone had great fun anyway. There was a real sense of cameraderie, with everyone rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck in. Our AGM on the Sunday proved a bit of a challenge - it was so wild that we had as many as possible holding onto the frame of the marquee to stop it taking off in the wind!
A huge thank you must go to all the organisers and to everyone who came along and joined in.

Thank you for all the donations of vouchers. We have placed an order for training bibs, orienteering flags, balls for the Cub football team and a 4 man tent and have banked some vouchers for next year. We are expecting delivery shortly.
